Where do you source your Snaccs?
We keep it local, always. Our treats are sourced from Queensland-based wholesalers, using meat from trusted local abattoirs and fisheries. Just good Aussie snaccs, through and through. 🐾
Can we leave our dog unattended while having a Dementia Doggo treat?
We don’t recommend it. Some treats can pose a choking hazard, especially for enthusiastic chewers. For your dog’s safety (and your peace of mind), always supervise snacc time. 🐾
How do you compete with other "cheap" dog treats?
We don’t race to the bottom — we rise to the top. 🐾 Our treats are 100% natural, locally sourced, and made in small batches using premium Aussie ingredients. No fillers, no shortcuts, no mystery meats. Just real snaccs, crafted with care (and a whole lotta tail wags). Quality isn’t cheap — and your dog deserves the good stuff.
How do I store my Dementia Doggo treats?
Keep it chill (store in a cool, dry place), Keep it sealed (lock in freshness), Keep it delicious! Refer to individual packaging for any storage requirements.
Do you post outside of Australia?
At this time, we currently ship within Australia only. We're keeping it local for now, but we hope to share our snaccs with the rest of the world soon! 🌏💌
What is the difference between the premium range and the other ranges?
Our Premium Range (in pink packaging) is made from grass-fed, 100% Australian meat and uses the advanced Nutriseal™ process — a gentle drying method that locks in nutrients, flavour, and freshness.Our Blue Range is also 100% Aussie and single-ingredient, but is air-dried instead. Both ranges are delicious, natural, and drool-approved — the Premium range just gets a little extra VIP treatment. 🐾✨
